모바일 건강보험증 발급 방법 및 사용 방법  (How to issue and use a mobile health insurance card)

모바일 건강보험증은 스마트폰을 통해 간편하게 발급받을 수 있는 건강보험증 으로, 병원이나 약국 방문 시 실물 신분증 없이도 본인 확인이 가능합니다.  

[발급 방법]

1.앱 다운로드

플레이스토어나 앱스토어에서 ‘모바일 건강보험증’ 앱 검색 후 다운로드

2.개인 선택

앱 실행 → ‘개인입니다’ 선택

3.언어 선택

진료 받는 환자의 국적에 맞는 언어 선택

4. 개인정보 보호 설명

개인정보 보호 방침 및 사용 목적 확인 → ‘동의’ 클릭

5. 약관 동의

정보 수집 약관 읽기 → ‘전체 동의’ 선택

6. 본인 확인

‘본인 확인하기’ 선택 → 휴대폰 인증 또는 금융인증서로 본인 인증

7. 비밀번호 설정

앱 사용을 위한 4자리 비밀번호 설정

8. 생체 인증 설정(선택사항)

필요 시 생체 인증 추가 설정

9.발급 완료

[사용 방법]

병원 방문 시, 앱에서 ‘QR 제출’ 버튼을 클릭하면, 30초 동안 유효한 QR 코드가 생성됩니다. 이 QR 코드를 진료 접수처에 제시하면 실물 신분증 없이도 진료를 받을 수 있습니다.

The mobile health insurance card is a health insurance card that can be easily issued through a smartphone, and you can identify yourself without a real identification card when visiting a hospital or a pharmacy.

[How to issue it]

1. Download App

Search the 'Mobile Health Insurance Card' app on the Play Store or App Store and download it

2. Personal Selection

Open the app → Select 'individual'

3. Select Language

Select the language appropriate to the nationality of the patient being treated

4. Privacy Description

Confirm privacy policy and purpose of use → Click 'Agree'

5. Agree to Terms and Conditions

Read the terms and conditions of collecting information → Select 'Agree All'

6. Identification

Select 'Confirm Yourself' → Self-authentication with mobile phone or financial certificate

7. password setting

Set up a 4-digit password for using the app

8. Biometric authentication settings (optional)

Set up additional biometric authentication if needed

9. Issuance completed

[How to use it]

During a visit to the hospital, tap the 'Submit QR' button on the app to generate a valid QR code for 30 seconds. Presenting this QR code at the reception desk, you can get treatment without a physical identification card.
