□ 지원 대상 : 전 국민 및 외국인 중 내국인과 밀접한 관련이 있는 경우아래 조건을 충족하면 지원 대상에 포함됩니다.
- 외국인이 내국인이 1인 이상 포함된 주민등록표에 등재되어 있고, 국민과 동일한 건강보험(후납) 가입자, 피부양자, 의료급여 수급자인 경우 
- 외국인만으로 구성된 가구라도 영주권자(F-5), 결혼이민자(F-6) 또는 난민인정자(F-2-4)가 건강보험 가입자, 피부양자, 의료급여 수급자인 경우 
□ 지원금액 :  1인당 15~55만원
□ 지원방식 : 소득별 맞춤형 지원 및 단계적 지급
- 1차: 전국민 1인당 15~40만원 우선 지급 (비수도권지역 1인당 3만원 추가 지원, 농어촌 인구 감소지역은 1인당 5만원 추가지원) 
- 2차:  국민 90%에게 1인당 10만원 추가 지급
□ 신청 및 지급 기간
- 1차: 2025. 7. 21.(월) ~  9. 12.(금)
- 2차: 2025. 9. 22.(월) ~ 10. 31.(금)
□ 신청방법
- 온라인: 카드사·지역사랑상품권 홈페이지, 앱, 콜센터, ARS
- 오프라인: 제휴은행 영업점, 읍면동 주민센터
□ 사용처
- 지역사랑상품권: 지역사랑상품권 가맹점
- 신용·체크·선불카드: 연 매출액 30억원 이하 매장
- 사용가능 업종: 전통시장, 동네마트, 식당, 의류점, 미용실, 안경점, 교습소, 학원, 약국·의원, 프랜차이즈 가맹점(편의점, 빵집, 카페, 치킨집 등)
□ 사용기한: 2025.11.30.(일)까지

Public Relief consumption coupon: How to apply
□ Target support: All Korean citizens and Foreigners who has highly related to Korean people, who has fulfilled conditions below.
-Where a foreigner is registered on a resident registration card containing at least one Korean and is a subscriber, dependent, or recipient of medical benefits who is the same as the national health insurance (post payment)
- Even for households consisting of only foreigners, if permanent residents (F-5), marriage immigrants (F-6) or refugee recipients (F-2-4) are health insurance subscribers, dependents, or recipients of medical benefit
□ Amount of support: KRW 150,000 to KRW 550,000 per person
□ Method of support: Customized support by income and phase by phase payment
- 1st: Priority payment of 150,000 won to 400,000 won per person nationwide (an additional 30,000 won per person in non-Capital area, an additional 50,000 won per person in rural and fishing area with population decline)
- 2nd: An additional 100,000 won per person is paid to 90% of the people

- 1st round: July 21, 2025 (Mon) ~ September 12, 2025 (Fri)
- 2nd round: September 22, 2025 (Mon) ~ October 31 (Fri)

- Offline: Affiliate Bank Branch, Eup, Myeon, Dong Community Center

- Local Love Gift Certificate: Local Love Gift Certificate Affiliated Store
- Credit, Check, and prepaid cards: Stores with annual sales of less than KRW 3 billion- Businesses available: Traditional markets, neighborhood marts, restaurants, clothing stores, beauty salons, eyeglasses, teaching centers, academies, pharmacies, clinics, and franchisees (convenience stores, bakeries, cafes, chicken restaurants, etc.)
□ Expiration date: Until November 30, 2025 (Sunday)
