외국인 취업정보 온라인 신고제 확대 시행 관련 안내

❍ 신고 대상: 아래 체류자격에 해당하는 사람으로서 영리활동에 종사하는 사람(영주자격(F-5) 소지자는 제외)  

교수(E-1), 회화지도(E-2), 연구(E-3), 기술지도(E-4), 전문직업(E-5), 예술흥행(E-6), 특정활동(E-7), 계절근로자(E-8), 비전문취업(E-9), 선원취업(E-10), 거주(F-2), 재외동포(F-4), 결혼이민(F-6), 방문취업(H-2), 주재(D-7), 기업투자(D-8), 무역경영(D-9) 체류자격 소지자 중 영리활동에 종사하고 있는 사람

※ 상기 체류자격에 해당하는 외국인 중 자영업자를 포함하여 영리활동에 종사하는 사람은 반드시 취업정보를 신고하여야 하며, 변동사항이 있는 경우(신고된 직종 또는 업종이 변경되거나, 신고된 연간소득 구간이 변경된 경우)에는 그로부터 15일 이내 신고 필요

❍ 신고 시기:

외국인등록(거소신고)* 시 또는 기존에 신고된 취업정보에 변동사항이 있을 시(신고된 직종 또는 업종 변동 시, 신고된 연간소득 구간 변동 시를 의미하며, 변동사항 발생일로부터 15일 이내 신고)

*외국인등록(거소신고) 당시 영리활동에 종사하지 않았던 외국인이 영리활동에 종사하게 된 경우에는, 영리활동 개시일로부터 15일 이내에 취업정보를 신고하여야 함

❍ 신고 방법: 하이코리아(hikorea.go.kr) 홈페이지 로그인 후 아래에 따라 신고

  ㉮ (관서 방문 예정인 경우) 하이코리아 방문예약 단계에서 신고

  ※ 신고대상 체류자격의 외국인은 하이코리아 방문예약 시 자동으로 신고 화면 표출

  ㉯ (취업정보 (변경)신고만 필요한 경우) 하이코리아 전자민원으로 신고

❍Subject to reporting: A person who falls under the following status of residence and engages in profit-making activities (excluding those with permanent residence status (F-5)

※A person engaged in commercial activities, including self-employed persons, among foreigners eligible for the above status of residence shall report employment information, and if there are any changes (if the reported job or business type changes, or the reported annual income section changes), a report is required within 15 days therefrom

❍When to report:

Foreignregistration(residentialreport)*orchangesinpreviouslyreportedemploymentinformation(meaningchangesinreportedoccupationsorindustries,changesinreportedannualincomesection,andreportedwithin15daysfromthedateofchange)

*Whereaforeignerwhowasnotengagedinacommercialactivityatthetimeofalienregistration(reportingofresidence)becomesengagedinacommercialactivity,employmentinformationshallbereportedwithin15daysfromthecommencementdateofthecommercialactivity

❍How to report: Log in to the Hi Korea (hikorea.go.kr ) website and report according to the following
